## 1. Our commitment

RAK Real Estate (Palmera) is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

## 2. Accessibility features on this site

This site includes an accessibility widget — opened via the ♿ button in the bottom-left corner of every page — that offers:

- High contrast, inverted colors, and grayscale modes
- Dyslexia-friendly font
- Line and letter spacing controls
- Reading guide and reading mask
- Large cursor (3 sizes)
- Link and heading highlighting
- Focus indicator enhancer
- Pause-animations toggle
- Hide-images mode (alt-text only)
- Image-description overlay
- Content magnifying lens
- Text-to-speech (Web Speech API)

All settings are saved in your browser and persist across visits and pages.

## 3. Browser and assistive-technology support

The site is tested with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop and mobile. It is built to work with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.

## 4. Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content (maps, payment widgets) may not be fully accessible. We work continuously to improve these areas.
