# מדיניות עוגיות

## 1. מה זה עוגיות?

עוגיות הן קבצי טקסט קטנים שמונחים במכשיר שלכם בעת ביקור באתר. הם עוזרים לאתר לזהות את המכשיר ולזכור מידע מסוים על הביקור.

## 2. אילו עוגיות אנחנו משתמשים

| **Analytics (optional)** | Google Analytics cookies that show which pages are visited and how the site is used. Set only if you allow Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| **Marketing (optional)** | Google Ads cookies that show which of our ads led to an inquiry, and our own cookie (rak_attr) that remembers the ad you arrived from so an inquiry sent days later is still credited to it. Set only if you allow Marketing | Up to 90 days |
| **Inquiry source** | While you browse, your browser keeps the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link (session storage, not a cookie), plus a reference code (click_id cookie). They are sent only with an inquiry or WhatsApp message you choose to send us, so our team knows where it came from | Until you close the tab; reference code 30 days |
| **Partner referral** | If you arrive through a link shared by one of our partners, our own cookies (pal_ref, pal_ref_ads, pal_ref_pb) keep that partner's code and the ad or page of theirs you came from, so an inquiry or WhatsApp message you send is credited to the partner who introduced you | 180 days |

## 3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads with Google Consent Mode. Their tags load on every page with storage denied: until you allow Analytics or Marketing they may not set cookies, and Google receives only cookieless signals. Following a link to an external service, such as WhatsApp, is governed by that service's own privacy and cookie terms.

## 4. ניהול עוגיות

The cookie banner offers **Accept all**, **Reject** and **Preferences**, where you can allow Analytics and Marketing separately. Use the **Cookie settings** link at the bottom of every page to change your choice at any time. You can also use your browser settings to view, block or delete stored cookies. Blocking essential storage may affect site functions.

## 5. הסכמה

Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to optional analytics or advertising cookies. They stay denied until you choose **Accept all** or allow them in **Preferences**. If you later withdraw consent, the site switches the matching consent signals back to denied and removes its own marketing cookie.
